Our 1-year health guarantee provides you with reassurance and protection for your new furry family member. We cover the following conditions:
In the unfortunate event that your puppy develops an untreatable, life-threatening congenital defect or passes away due to heart, organ, or genetic defects, please send us the initial vet exams and a picture of the deceased puppy. We will provide a replacement of the same sex, breed, and quality as the one you purchased. Please note that shipping is the customer's responsibility.
When making a claim, we require copies of all your initial vet exams clearly indicating that the death was caused solely by a genetic issue and not due to any fault of the owner. The veterinarian's exam or autopsy must clearly indicate a 100% genetic defect. The submitted document will be reviewed by our vet, who must agree that it is indeed a genetic defect.
Please be aware that we do not cover treatable or common disorders such as luxating patella, hernias, open fontanel, parasites, blood sugar or skin issues. We emphasize the importance of feeding your puppy properly to prevent hypoglycemia (low sugar). While we do treat all puppies for parasites/worms, please note that these are not covered by our guarantee as they are common and easily treatable.
We are more than willing to replace your puppy under reasonable circumstances; however, we are not responsible for any vet bills or shipping costs incurred.
Effective from 12/13/2016, we are not responsible for any vet bills after the first 3 days (72 hours) upon arrival. During this 3-day period, we will cover up to $300.00 of vet bills for treatment only, excluding examination fees, x-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, blood work, and regular check-ups. Proof must be emailed to the seller before reimbursement can be made. Please allow up to 4 weeks for reimbursement processing, and note that the seller reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to reimbursement. The contract must be signed and executed to activate the health guarantee, and the purchaser will receive the contract via e-sign upon issuance of the Air Way Bill number for tracking.
Please remember that while we estimate the size and weight of our puppies, it is not a guarantee. Our estimation is based on the parents and grandparents of the given puppy, as well as its current size. Additionally, diet can affect the size and weight of the dog, so avoid overfeeding, which may lead to overweight issues.
When taking your puppy to a vet, please be aware that they may estimate the puppy at an incorrect age due to its smaller size compared to typical puppies of the same breed. Our puppies have a slower growth rate, so milestones like the growth of permanent teeth, descent of testicles, or the onset of the heat cycle may be delayed.
